Sherman Cox Endowed Scholarship

The Sherman Cox Endowed Scholarship was started by Donald and Janet Craig, friends of Oakwood College (now University) to support students with a demonstrated financial need. Elder Sherman Cox previously served in the Division of Advancement at Oakwood and his interactions with the Craigs left them with a lasting impression. They describe him this way “Mr. Cox is a model representative of Oakwood College who was unselfish in his dedication to the advancement of Oakwood students.” Your generous support will continue this remarkable legacy.
